Yujin Lee Evered, CEO

Hello, I'm Yujin! I have spent the last 25 years pursuing my passion for growing software businesses in Asia Pacific. I have built a proven track record of driving accelerated growth by assembling high-performance teams.


Having lived and worked in Australia, Singapore, and Korea, I have gained diverse experiences and perspectives that helped me become a successful business leader. 


I began my career as a strategy and planning consultant at Oracle Asia Pacific and travelled extensively throughout the region. I then got involved in building an APAC inside sales organisation of 200 sales reps. After that, I set up a technology sales organisation at Oracle Korea of about 75 people delivering 100M in revenue. I started and fostered a CIO community program with companies like Samsung, LG, SKT, Hyundai and other large companies.


After moving to Singapore, I engaged in direct selling in enterprise sales, winning 1-5M$ deals. Once I resumed sales management roles, I spent 5 years leading regional teams as a GM for ASEAN at Dell Software and as a GM for ASEAN and India at Software AG carrying 20-50M of total revenue.  


In my last corporate role, I was the Asia Pacific Regional President for Unit 4. During my tenure, annual recurring business sales grew by 170%. Our team reduced employee churn and increased employee and customer satisfaction ratings.


I am a Doctoral candidate for Business Administration and Innovation at Singapore Management University. I am committed to continuously developing my skills and expertise and to driving growth and innovation to meet the demands of the fast-changing software industry.
